Each nation formally has one member of the Steering Committee but the
meeting is open for all.
The meeting will be important especially because we will plan and
accept the science plan. Please prepare for the consortia meetings by
either inviting the scientists needed to join the consortia work or
be sure you are well informed on the research the researchers from
your nation will want to do.
